When and where is the 2008 Users Conference for CDM+, CDM+ Regional
and DonorWorks?
This year’s annual conference for users of CDM+, CDM+ Regional
and DonorWorks is at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky on
Monday, October 27 through Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Registration is
8:00-8:30 AM EDT Monday, 10/27/08. The conference ends at 12:30 PM EDT
on 10/29/08.
What does the 2008 conference registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes two-and-a-half days of classes,
access to support technicians and programmers in the computer lab for some
one-on-one help, training materials to keep as important resources, continental
breakfast and break refreshments each day, and conference favors and mementos.
Your fee also includes a delicious banquet on Monday evening, followed
by "out-of-this-world" entertainment.
What if I can’t come for the entire
conference? Can I attend just one day or selected classes?
Yes, pricing is available on a per-class basis. Call us for more
information.
How much will the rooms at the Hyatt Regency cost?
We’ve negotiated special pricing for conference attendees
at the convention hotel. The rate of $109/night for
single or double occupancy and $119/night for
triple or quad occupancy includes a FREE shuttle between
Blue Grass Airport and the hotel and FREE self-parking. The
rate is also good three days before and three days after the conference
so that you (or you and your family) can come early or stay late and enjoy
a mini vacation in the beautiful Bluegrass region of central Kentucky. After

still available.
Do I make my room reservation through Suran Systems?
No, you need to make your reservation directly with the hotel.
The easiest way to do this and get the conference rate is to click
on the “Hyatt Reservations” link at the left.
You may also phone the Hyatt’s national reservations line at 800-233-1234. If you call, tell the operator you are with the Suran Systems conference and mention the group code G-SURA to get the conference rate.
I’ll be flying to the conference. Is
there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, the Hyatt Regency provides a FREE shuttle to and from Lexington’s
Blue Grass Airport.
I’ll be driving to the conference.
What about parking?
Self-parking in the Hyatt’s lot is FREE for
both overnight guests and commuters.
What if I have to cancel? Do I get a refund of the registration
fee?
Registrations cancelled prior to
October 1, 2008 will be refunded in full. If you cancel October 1-October
15, 2008, we will refund all but $100 of your registration fee. No refunds
are given for cancellations received after October 15, 2008. If you are
unable to attend the conference and someone else from your office is coming
in your place, please let us know as soon as possible.
